This limited warranty applies to Cummins Inc. branded Portable Generators hereinafter referred to as "Product".
This warranty covers any failures of the Product, under normal use and service, which result from a defect in material or factory workmanship. These portable generators are not intended to be used as a main/primary source of power in place of utility power. This application could void the warranty.
The limited warranty start date is the date of purchase of Product to the first retail purchaser (date of purchase). If proof of purchase is not available to establish the purchase date, the date of Cummins ship date as recorded by Cummins Inc. will start the product warranty period.
Consumer Application is defined as usage by the purchaser for personal residential household or recreational use. Consumer Application is defined as usage by the purchaser for income producing, business related use. Once a Product has been used for income producing and business-related purposes, it shall thereafter be considered as commercial application.
This product is not recommended for and Is NOT warranted for the use to power Medical and Life Support equipment or devices. This warranty does not apply to generators used for Prime Power (primary source of power) in place of utility power where utility power service is present or where utility power service does not normally exist, regardless of whether a Consumer Application or Commercial Application is involved.
This warranty does not apply to generators used for demonstration purpose. Replacement generator sets installed as part of warranty repair under warranty coverage period assumes the remainder of the Product warranty coverage period.
Warranty coverage is transferable to subsequent owners.

In the event of a failure of the Product during the warranty period due to defects in material or workmanship, Cummins Inc. will only be responsible for the following costs:

All downtime expenses, fines, all applicable taxes, and other losses resulting from a warrantable failure.
Living and travel expenses.
Telephone or other communication expenses.

This limited warranty does not cover Product failures resulting from:
Inappropriate use relative to designated power rating.
Inappropriate use relative to application guidelines.
Normal wear, rust, corrosion and varnished fuel system components.
Improper and/or unauthorized installation.
Owner’s or operator’s negligence, accidents or misuse.
Lack of, late or improper maintenance practice or improper repair.
Use of improper or contaminated fuels, coolants or lubricants.
Operation without adequate coolant or lubricants.
Owner’s delay in making Product available after notification of potential Product problem.
Use of add-on, modified or replacement parts and accessories not authorized by Cummins Inc.
Noncompliance with any Cummins Inc. published guideline or policy.
Improper storage, starting, and break-in practice.
Damage to parts, fixtures, housings, attachments and accessory items that are not part of the generator set.
This limited warranty does not cover costs resulting from:
Difficulty in gaining access to the Product.

the 9500 watt dual fuel generator with a remote start made by Cummins Onan is dual fuel it's a very well put together machine. I originally wanted 50 amps but 30 amps is enough for a house of my size which is around 2000 square feet maybe a little bit more if you include the basement. I have to choose a bit about what we're using when the 9500 watts is going because you can use that up pretty fast. I like the dual fuel so I can run it with this propane tank. The adapter does come with the machine as well. Gas obviously lasts you longer but it's really nice to have this propane backup and it's just a matter of toggling this switch back and forth. Quieter than many other generators I've used so that's a plus too. Auto start is just one push!

happy with this generator
Ordered the genny about a month ago. Fast shipping and showed up with no damage. I have put almost 300 hrs on it already. Have had no problems. The remote start is AWESOME. So is the low fuel consumption. I usually run my window ac a small fan a 700 watt microwave and a mr coffee very basic coffee pot. All total about 2700 watts with everything going and it runs great in eco mode. Just the window ac on it runs from 17-19 hrs on a full tank. Big upgraded from my hybrid champion. I do recommend before you add oil the first time- take the drain bolt to your local hose supplier and get a 15” long drain hose made that can be left attached to the block cause the bolt and space to reinstall it. Otherwise can bit a bit of a hassle. Other than that i can have it right under the front of my fifth wheel and don't hear anything. I will buy another for the house in a couple months.

p4500i is good, but not perfect
Giving this 5 stars because it does what it says it does. I've run it a total of 28 hours so far and have run it at a sustained 30 minutes 3730 watts which is the full 30+ amps. The revolving display is a good feature but it says the tank is empty eventhough it still has over a quart in it. Not the biggest deal. The auto choke works, (I've seen other people complain about this). When I turn it off by running it out of fuel, it immediately starts on the auto-start second attempt, otherwise it will start the first time. The remote is a plus. Very portable. The wheels are big enough to move easy and not dig in the dirt. It is a lightweight compare it to other generators with these watts and features. One consumer complaint is the oil change. I use a ratchet box wrench 10mm with the adjustable head. Doesn't seem all that hard to me but is a little messy and I've never seen an oil change that wasn't a little messy. And here's my nit picking. Changing the carburetor jet every time I change elevation is impractical. It needs to be EFI. It is not as quiet as I hoped under full load (3700 watts) it quiets down quite a bit at 2500 watts. The engine at 1500 watts in the ECO mode, will slow down and is very quiet. It needs a better muffler for full load applications. Other than those two complaints it is a excellent inverter generator. I have no complaints about Lakehoue & Cottage. Everything went as I expected. I'll give them 5 stars also.

Bought this generator to camp inside the Daytona International Speedway. Ran it for 3 days straight to power the camper and AC in the 100 degree heat! Ran like a champ. No problems. Very happy with this for the first time out. I hope it works just as good moving forward. It's pretty quiet too. Everybody else's generators were loud and screaming over this one.

It's NOT A GIMMICK
I thought this remote control for the delta pro was super gimmicky when I first saw it. But Lakehouse & Cottage had a deal to get it as a free gift with my Delta Pro so what the heck, I tried it out and guess what. Now I can't imagine not having it. Honestly makes life so much easier. I don't have to keep running down to the basement to check the levels on the pro or to use it. I'm sold.
I installed DIY battery technology using the delta pro to power my house for shorter outages without noise or maintenance. I started with one, but couldn't help coming back for more. 5 star service. fast shipping. excellent product. also got some free EcoFlow products as a gift with my last delta pro purchase from L&C. my advice? go for more than you think you need. you can never have too much power.
I got this as a free gift when I bought a big ol' boy STS from Lakehouse & Cottage. I've never been much for "small" but I have already found use for this. It's quiet, easy to use, and keeps my pistol right where I never thought I needed it.

I had been saving up for a long time for a pair of giant binoculars mostly for that famous "3D feeling" in the image that you can only get with binoculars. Not to mention you don't have to squint like you do with a telescope and you don't have as much noise. I know I might be in the minority when I say this, but binoculars are my go-to over telescopes even for DSO.They're also super fun for comet chasing. Which brings me to why I'm here! I was finally ready to buy my own BT to see the 12P/Pons-Brooks Comet this month, but I could not find a pair that was in stock ANYWHERE. I tried Orion, I tried Explore Scientific, I literally looked everywhere. Orion kept telling me that they had them in stock but they would arrive in like 6-8 weeks. Well I found out that's actually a lie because the manufacturer for all the BT binoculars has been on backorder for months and is not expected to have any stock anytime soon. Anyways, I finally found a pair here at Lakehouse & Cottage, but then again I was super disappointed because they told me they were dealing with the same issue with the manufacturer and didn't have them in stock. Well, that is to say I WAS disappointed until 2 days later their customer service team reached out to me directly to let me know they had tracked down a pair for me! I had seriously given up hope. But they got me a great deal and totally hooked me up. I LOVE these Vixens. They're honestly even better than I could have imagined and I'm so glad things worked out the way they did because I never would have found them on my own. Can't recommend enough.
Lakehouse & Cottage was very friendly when I called in to grill them with a bunch of questions about their bundle options. Basically, I was testing these out to find what could be a much better solution for a whole home backup as compared to my old generator. The main question I had was how long the EcoFlow Delta Pros would last just running critical loads in my house. To give a relative benchmark in the winter time my house uses about 20 to 25 kilowatt hours per 24 hour period. In the summer it's a little different scenario where I can go as high as 60 or even 70 kilowatt hours depending on the outside temperature and how much we're running our air conditioner. So far I get about 7 hours running my heavy duty things like fridges and freezers. Once I figure out how to make this more feasible of a set up with the solar panels then I think it will completely replace my old generator. Until then, I'll have to keep fine tuning this set up. Ultimate goal is to be completely on solar though so I'm ok with putting in the work to build out the right system and these guys made it easy.
My wife and I been fulltime in our new RV rig for about 2 months now with our Delta Pro solar setup. We've got 2,000 Watt of solar using the 220 Watt panels and our Delta Pro powering our entire 41ft Grand Design Momentum 5th wheel.
We both work remote inside the camper, and have had no issues so far with the system and have been able to run 2 AC's.
We used to have a 3,000w Victron Inverter setup which was around $15,000. We wanted a DIY system that was also portable if we end up selling the unit down the road. This was our best solution, and while its not 100% perfect, we are more than happy with the system we have in place! I feel obligated to mention the support team at Lakehouse & Cottage deserves a shoutout because they helped us get a great deal on the exact bundle we were looking for and shipping was fast.

Really wanted something to obsess over and they helped me narrow it down immensley. Having a ton of fun with this R200SS scope and I'm grateful they didn't try to just convince me to get the biggest most expensive one. Thank you for answering all my "stupid" questions! I needed a safe for my guns and important papers. When I called to ask about this safe, they were able to answer all my questions and suggested this was a good fit.They were right. It weighs around 200 lbs heavier than others of similar size. It has a great fire rating, and I like the electronic lock. The Winchester name is a USA Legend through and through. Very happy with this safe and the L&C staff. I was really impressed.

Updating my review with an additional star, although it falls short of a perfect five-star rating. After my unit failed at the 12-month mark, I made an appeal and received a new replacement unit. While I appreciate that, the warranty on the replacement is now only for one year, not the original two-year term. It's a bit disappointing—either you have confidence in your product's quality or you don't. However, I must acknowledge their great customer service. My once strong affinity for Ecoflow has waned. The backup Delta I purchased a year ago failed. But on a positive note, Lakehouse & Cottage customer service is prompt and supportive. I'll come back to buy from them but my next purchase will likely be from another brand.
I'm eyeing another one along with an extra battery for upstairs. L&C made this kit incredibly user-friendly—plug and play all the way. And if you hit a snag, there's a video guide for every step. I only needed to double-check a couple of things—setting up the brackets initially and then sorting out the cable hookup. Some folks reckon this generator is noisy, but personally, I don't find it bothersome. It's a straightforward and pleasant kit. Being a 60-year-old and not in the best health, I managed to set it all up on my own. I'd definitely recommend it.
This was a purchase I didn't wnat to make, but I'm glad I made it. Southern California Edison has been having frequent "planned power outages" in my area since before the big COVID shutdown in America. In just the last two weeks, we've had three such outages that span the morning through the afternoon. Dealing with replacing my garage refrigerator, repairing the main fridge twice, and constantly keeping the refrigerator doors closed during outages to prevent food spoilage became tiresome. After enduring numerous planned and unplanned outages, I eventually caved and invested in the Ecoflow Delta.
While a gas-powered generator was an option, its weight, the hassle of carrying it upstairs alone, inability to store it indoors, and the noise it would generate for hours during use made it less appealing. When the last planned power outage hit three days ago, I charged the Ecoflow to 100% and connected our full-sized refrigerator to it—it worked like a charm.
