Order Confirmation:
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided at checkout. This means we got your order and pre-authorized your credit card to hold your purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we connect with our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and ready to ship. If your item is not available or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you immediately via e-mail. If everything is ready to ship (within 5 business days), we'll charge your card and get your order set for shipment.
Order Shipment:
As soon as we confirm your order is in stock and we charge your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. But it's often much quicker than that and takes about 1-2 days to ship. Look out for tracking info in your email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don't see tracking info from us in six business, feel free to follow up and drop us a line at sales@lakehouseandcottage.com.
Shipping Destinations
We only ship within the USA. If you can put in your shipping address on our website, your order will go through. Look at each product's page for specific shipping info.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always free! This option usually takes between 5-10 days to get to you after you order. We also offer these other options:
- Threshold Shipping: This means your order is brought onto your porch, or left in a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - Your order is brought into your room of choice, assembled if needed, and all the packaging taken away.
