The limited warranty for purchases on lakehouseandcottage.com initiates when the original purchaser receives the products.

Valid Proof of Purchase
- A purchase order number made through lakehouseandcottage.com;
- Order confirmation email or invoice that clearly states the description of the product, its price, and where it was purchased.
Warranty Return Authorization Process
- Contact Lakehouse & Cottage Customer Service Team at sales@lakehouseandcottage.com or 854-777-0909.
- If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by Lakehouse & Cottage Support to pack the products and safely return them.
- Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in United States.
Replacements
Should a replacement be necessary, the delivery of the replacement item will be coordinated within 15 business days (subject to adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances) after confirming receipt of the defective item at our warehouse. The ultimate resolution depends on the availability of replacement items.
The replacement warranty will extend for a period equivalent to the remaining warranty duration of the original item.

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Product ETA is 5-7 business days.
Please note, we do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes, there may be a slight delay; please allow extra transit time. If a significant shipping delay occurs, we'll notify you via email you provided.

Damaged or Missing Items
Report any damage or missing packages within 7 business days to sales@lakehouseandcottage.com. While we don't assume responsibility for shipping carrier errors, we'll assist in contacting them and making things right. Keep packaging and damaged items for potential claims.
Refunds and Returns
We know you'll love your order! But just in case you're not fully satisfied, we've streamlined an easy return process.
Cancellation
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order on lakehouseandcottage.com. However, a transaction fee will apply if you request a refund after 24 hours but before delivery (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users, 3.3% for Klarna users). Orders can't be canceled more than 30 days after shipment.
Returns
Our return service currently applies to US orders only. If you're unsatisfied, you can return items in their original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. However, after 30 days, refunds or exchanges aren't possible.
For quality issues, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items. Contact our support team via sales@lakehouseandcottage.com for return instructions after collecting the shipped package. Please note, refusing shipments may incur a double shipping fee deduction.
Return Process
Initiate returns by contacting Lakehouse & Cottage Support at sales@lakehouseandcottage.com with proof of purchase. We'll provide instructions for packaging and returning the products. Ensure all components are included.
Refund
After returning the product to our warehouse, expect a refund within 14 business days. You'll receive an email notification upon refund processing. If the refund isn't received after 14 business days, contact us at sales@lakehouseandcottage.com.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns on US orders, a shipping fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users) apply.
