What maintenance operations does the EcoFlow Wave 2 require?
The Wave 2 is designed to be as simple as possible. No maintenance is required.
Does Wave need to be drained manually?
When cooling, excess water is efficiently managed by Wave. In high humidity, manual drainage may be needed, but in low to medium humidity, this won't be necessary. What makes the Wave 2unique is that it takes this excess water and sprays it on the internal condenser to evaporate it (which runs hot while in use) without manual drainage. In high humidity environments (70%+ humidity) you may find excess water building up. Here, you can use the drain hole to empty your Wave when you’re done using it and need to transport it. If you’re in low to medium humidity, this won’t be an issue
Can other power stations or resources power my Wave 2?
Yes, as long as the AC output is over 600W, other power stations or resources can effectively power the Wave 2.
How do I use Eco Mode?
Get up to 8 hours of cooling with Eco Mode. Open the app, select "Eco Mode," choose your setting, and preview how long the Wave 2 will run. It intelligently adjusts between cooling and fan modes.

Replacements
Should a replacement be necessary, the delivery of the replacement item will be coordinated within 15 business days (subject to adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances) after confirming receipt of the defective item at our warehouse. The ultimate resolution depends on the availability of replacement items.
The replacement warranty will extend for a period equivalent to the remaining warranty duration of the original item.

Cancellation

Orders can't be canceled more than 30 days after shipment.
Returns
Our return service currently applies to US orders only. If you're unsatisfied, you can return items in their original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. However, after 30 days, refunds or exchanges aren't possible.
For quality issues, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.
