Diamond Grills BBQ Overall Cutout Dimensions
Lakehouse & Cottage offers a warranty through DIAMOND GRILLS BBQ on all their grills, griddles, and side burners to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
These products are guaranteed to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials for the specified periods below. This warranty is not applicable to grills used in commercial or rental applications. Any issues related to rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration due to moisture or overheating are not covered under this warranty, unless such issues render the affected component inoperable. Additionally, this warranty does not include labor or labor-related charges. If warranty parts need to be shipped, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling fees.
LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty provided by DIAMOND GRILLS BBQ is applicable only to products purchased and located within the United States and Canada. The coverage period begins on the original purchase date, and proof of purchase is mandatory.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse, accidents, natural disasters, loss of electrical power, improper installation or operation, unauthorized adjustments or calibrations, dings, dents, scratches, or damages caused by harsh cleaning chemicals. The warranty is not valid for commercial use or for products with altered or removed serial numbers.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
DIAMOND GRILLS BBQ offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY for the cast stainless steel burners included with their grills. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship that may arise during normal residential use, except for discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, and minor rust and oxidation, which are
typical for outdoor products. In the event of any such defect, the burner will be repaired or replaced at no charge, while the owner will be responsible for all other expenses, including labor and freight. Please be advised that this warranty only applies to grills featuring their cast stainless steel burners, and that it does not cover commercial or
rental use. Customers are also responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with warranty parts.
TWO-YEAR WARRANTY:
DIAMOND GRILLS BBQ provides a TWO-YEAR WARRANTY for the following parts of their grills: Fire Box, Hood, Handle, Bezel, Grates, Flavor Bars, Drip Pan, Rotisserie Burner, Transformer, Warming Rack, and Flame Tamer. This warranty guarantees these parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for two years from the original purchase date. If any of these parts are found to be faulty, we will repair or replace them at no cost to the customer, except for expenses related to labor and freight.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY:
DIAMOND GRILLS BBQ provides a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY on the grill components, including the gas valve, knob, and light, against any defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from neglect, misuse, alterations, accidents, or improper installation, maintenance, or repairs.
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note, we do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes, there may be a slight delay; please allow extra transit time. If a significant shipping delay occurs, we'll notify you via email.

Shipping Tracking Information
You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information via email.
Damaged or Missing Items
Report any damage or missing packages within 7 business days to sales@lakehouseandcottage.com. While we don't assume responsibility for shipping carrier errors, we'll assist in contacting them and making things right. Keep packaging and damaged items for potential claims.
If a product is delivered incorrectly, it is the recipients responsibility to notify Lakehouse & Cottage within 48 hours. Lakehouse & Cottage is not responsible for incorrect or damaged packages and shipments 48 hours after they have been received.
No returns on made-to-order and custom goods.
PRODUCT TESTING PROGRAM
If you believe a unit or component you received is defective, Lakehouse & Cottage will gladly test any component at our facility. L&C will cover shipping back to you.
DEFECTIVE:
If an item is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. L&C will absorb all costs of outgoing freight and replacement or repair costs if product is in warranty.
NON-DEFECTIVE:
If the product is found to be non-defective it will be returned to the customer – no credit will be given.
Freight coming in are at the customers expense.
LAKEHOUSE & COTTAGE ERROR:
If a return is needed due to a mistake on our part, we will issue a RMA and Return Services Label. When products are received at L&C, credit will be issued for the products and the outgoing freight on the original invoice.
CUSTOMER ERROR:
If an RMA is asked for and covers current new products in the original package, we will authorize the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. When products are received we will issue credit for the original customer cost less a 25% restocking charge.
